Suzanne L. Michaud, 65, of Hollis, Maine, passed away peacefully on May 16, 2026. Born January 7, 1961, in Biddeford, Maine, Sue was the beloved daughter of Maxine F. Michaud and the late Edward Michaud of Wells, Maine.
A proud graduate of Dover High School, she excelled in athletics and held the school’s javelin record for more than a decade. Sue went on to serve her country as an enlisted airman in the United States Air Force, an experience that shaped her strength, discipline, and deep sense of loyalty.
After her service, Sue worked at Vishay Sprague in Sanford, where she met the love of her life, Patricia Letourneau. She later earned her AAS degree in drafting from York County Technical College and spent many years contributing her skill and creativity to the drafting departments of several companies.
Sue found joy in puzzles, model cars, woodworking, and lovingly restoring their 175‑year‑old home. She was predeceased by her father, Ed, and former partner, Lana Hood.
She is survived by her partner Patty, her mother Maxine, sister Jewels, brothers Ed and Shane, her cherished nieces and nephews, dear friends Jay and Kathy Stott, and her beloved dogs, Camilla and Piper.
