Reiko Nadeau Clark: February 17, 1928 – February 19, 2022 (Exeter Maine and North Berwick Maine). Born in Japan to Tadashi and Tomo Omi, Reiko passed peacefully on February 19, 2022, surrounded by her family.
An avid gardener and card player, Reiko enjoyed travelling but was happiest when playing with her great-grandchildren, whom she described as her “greatest gifts.” Reiko was predeceased by her husband Paul Nadeau, her second husband George Clark, her parents, her stepmother, Sué Omi, her brother, Sadao Omi and a sister, Fumiko Kozutumi. She is survived by her sisters, Yoshié Takahashi and Kinuko Nakano, daughter Suzué Poisso, her husband Michael Poisso and their children, Michelle Crocker, Cassandra Maskell, her husband Shane Maskell, Michael Poisso and his wife Danielle Poisso; her youngest daughter R. Patricia Bell and her children Kate Bell Carpine, her husband Frank Carpine and Evan Bell. Reiko had numerous great-grandchildren, Serena, Benjamin, Steven, Landon, Lynn, Gabriel, Callum, and Finn. Reiko is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews and family members who reside in her beloved Japan as well as family in the States.
At Reiko’s request there will be no formal services. Graveside services will be conducted at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to the Johnson Funeral Home, North Berwick, ME. Condolences may be expressed at www.JohnsonFuneralHomeME.com
