Paula A. (Paul) Howard

Paula A. Howard, 49, lifelong resident of Sanford, passed away peacefully January 14, 2020 in the Gosnell Hospice House in Scarborough after a brave 6 year battle with cancer.

Paula was born August 17, 1970 in Sanford, Maine, the daughter of Donald and Barbara (Wakefield) Paul and graduated Sanford High School.  She worked for many years for Morning Star then Corning in Kennebunk, retiring as a Quality Control Supervisor due to failing health.

Paula enjoyed hiking, fishing and especially going for trips on the Harley with her husband Paul.  Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and a good back yard BBQ.  She will be remembered as one of the sweetest ladies ever with a big heart and positive attitude.  She always sought out the good in every situation.

Paula is survived by her parents, Donald and Barbara Paul; husband Paul Howard and 2 daughters, Nicole and Ashley Howard all of Sanford, step-son Paul Howard, Jr. of NH; 2 brothers Barry and Roy Paul of Sanford; grandson Isaac Howard.
