Mitzi L. (Welch) Coran

Mitzi Coran, 72, passed away, October 25, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, auntie, and grandmother who enjoyed family time more than anything. 

She was born September 1st, 1953, daughter of Stanley E." Ned" and Annie R. (Jenness) Welch of North Berwick.

Mitzi is survived by her husband of 21 years, Wallace Coran, a daughter, Krystle McLean and her fiancé Chris Bennett, a son, Randall McLean, and his wife Kourtney, and their children Kayla and Emily. Stepmother to Shawn McLean and his children Douglas and Sarah, Wally Coran, and his wife Casey, and their children Avery and McKinley, Wendi Abdul Karim her husband Ibrahim and her daughter Paije, Becki Coran and her children Brycen and Oliver–all who brought her much pride, joy and laughter. 

Mitzi was pre-deceased by her sister, Vicky Woodruff in 2015. She will be dearly missed by her friends and family. At her request, there will be no services.
