Linda Diane (Russell) Turley

It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Linda Diane (Russell) Turley from Eliot, Maine, originally Nova Scotia, Canada, on September 15, 2025 at the age of 78.

Linda was predeceased by her husband Paul, her son-in-law, Arthur Leary, her sisters, Donna and Patricia; as well as her brothers, Donald and Ronald.  She is survived by her daughters, Robin (Kyle) Hughes and Stacey Leary, and her son, Paul aka PJ (Jennifer); along with her beloved grandson, Luke.  She is also survived by her sisters, Gracie, Sandra (Angus); and brothers, Wayne (Kim), and Paul (Evie).

Linda dedicated many years to running a small daycare from her home in Eliot, Maine, before concluding her career as a bus driver for SAD 35.  Throughout her life, she positively impacted numerous children and families.  Her affection for her grandson and grand dogs was as evident as her love for Elvis.  Despite facing the challenges of Alzheimer’s disease Linda maintained her sense of humor and quick wit throughout her journey.  She will be deeply missed by her children, grandchildren, siblings, and a wide circle of friends. 

A visitation is scheduled for September 20th from 10-12 at Johnson Funeral Home, 26 Market St. , North Berwick, Maine.
