Bonnie J Leslie

 Bonnie J. Leslie, 69 of Sunset Avenue, passed away August 12, 2021 at Wentworth Douglas Hospital in Dover, NH.

She was born in Sanford, ME September 27, 1951, the daughter of Frank and Barbara (Tufts) Leslie.   Bonnie graduated from North Berwick High School in 1969.  She was always a very hard worker, working for various places over the years, among them,  Converse, Malden Mills, Spencer Press and eventually retiring from Hussey Seating in North Berwick.

Bonnie was a huge movie buff who especially enjoyed musicals and had an extensive collection of turtles.  Mostly, Bonnie was a loving mom and friend.

She is survived by her son, Joseph (Mickey) Thompson of North Berwick; sister, Paula Marsh of Wells; niece Deanna Marsh of Sanford and nephew Aaron Marsh of Rochester, NH as well as numerous cousins.

An hour of visitation will be held Thursday, August 19 from 4pm to 5pm at the Johnson Funeral Home, 26 Market Street, North Berwick.  Interment at a later date in Hillside Cemetery, North Berwick, ME  Friends who wish may contribute to the American Legion Auxiliary, unit 87, 22 Ford Quint Road, North Berwick, ME 03906
