Anthony "Tony" Rogers age 81 who lived most of his life in Naples, Maine passed away peacefully at Coastal Manor in Yarmouth after a period of declining health.

He was born September 4, 1940 in Portland, ME son of Mildred Rogers. He was a graduate of Gorham High School before serving in the US Navy as a torpedoman and battleship hurricane helmsman.  He also spent time as a Military Police Officer.

In 1985 he started Caretake America, caring for properties on and around the lakes region.

He eventually partially retired to Florida where he enjoyed volunteering at the local American Legion Post and continued to spend the summers in Naples with his family.

Tony enjoyed reading, gardening, going to the races at Oxford Plains Speedway and flirting with young ladies everywhere. He especially loved his two sons, his daughter-in-law and following his two grandchildren's activities.

He was predeceased by his mom Mildred Rogers.

Surviving are his son Darrin Rogers and wife Jennifer of Raymond and their two children Eli and Gwen and his son Kevin Rogers of Naples.

He would also want to say his many friends here and in Florida.
