Anna Marie (Gioia) Williams

Anna Marie Williams, 82 of Port St. Lucie, FL passed away on November 24, 2024

in Tradition, FL.

Anna was born in Boston, MA to Agnes Geso and Paul Gioia on May 12, 1942. She went to school at Somerville High School. She married Dwight Williams of Zanesville, OH on November 4, 1961 in Somerville, MA.

In 1976, the family moved to North Berwick, ME, where they resided until 2006 when they moved to Acton, ME.  In July of 2018, Anna & Dwight moved to Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Anna worked as a paralegal for various law firms in Maine and New Hampshire for over 40 years and served on several town planning boards in York County, ME.

Anna is preceded in death by her parents Agnes and Paul Gioia.

Anna is survived by her husband of 63 years Dwight, her children Denise Williams of York, ME, Andrea (Williams) Berry & her husband Richard of Acton, ME and Jeffrey Williams and his wife TraciAnn of Port St. Lucie, FL.  Anna has five grandchildren, her granddaughters Kaitlyn Williams, Alexis Williams Tomczyk, and grandson Logan Williams all of Port St. Lucie, FL, her grandsons Kyle Berry and Zachary Berry both of Acton, ME, and her two great-granddaughters Azra and Paxtyn also of Port St. Lucie. Anna is also survived by her sister Paula Gioia Euchner and brother Angelo Gioia Private services will be held for immediate friends and family at a future time.
