Robert Maynard Obituary

Robert Maynard, of Wells Maine, passed away June 29 at the age of 93.

Born in Grosvenordale, Connecticut to Rose and Arthur Maynard.

Served in the Army during WWII as a Sargent in Company C 318th Innfantry Regiment until he was wounded in Germany and received the Purple Heart for his service.

Married to the late Dorothy Maynard for 64 years. Children Linda Burgess of Charlotte, North Carolina, Robert Maynard of Las Vegas, Nevada, Stephen Maynard of Wells, Maine. Granddaughter Lori Gellespie of Charlotte, North Carolina, Great Grandson Tyler Gillespie of North Carolina.

Our beloved Dad will be greatly missed. Services will be private.
